If you want to want to watch movies and search the internet, then I would say an nvidia gts 430 or ATI 5750. Now if you like gaming, but are pretty casual (like World of warcraft is your most demanding game) then a nvidia gts 450 minimum or Ati radeon 5770. If you like FPS or starcraft II or other 3d games then I would recommend a nvidia gtx 460 or higher, or ATI 6850 or higher.
