Looking for a budget video card?

I'm currently using a Dell Inspiron 530 desktop with graphics provided by an Intel GMA 3100. My OS is Windows 7 with the latest service pack. I'm looking for a 256Mb or better PCI-X card that supports Pixel Shader 3.0 and Vertex Shader 3.0.

This would be a lot easier if I wasn't on a budget of roughly USD $130.

Any specific suggestions are welcome.|||look on either tigerdirect.com or newegg.com... both really good sites to find PC parts.|||try this one it works really good and it only costs $7.11 here you go. http://cgi.ebay.com/USB-2-0-VIDEO-AUDIO-…|||on a budget of $130 i would say any of the 9000 series cards from nvidia if you are doing a little bit of gaming and want faster graphic rendering and stuff for casual pc stuff and that will stay well under your budget for the most part

if you are looking for more avid gaming then a gts250 is the best for the money for around $130|||You didn't mention the purpose of the card (there are other reasons besides games)

But check the 4670 on Newegg.plays most games fairly well except for the top

three or four that are out there and still plays them, just not great..

Try this site for info on what is minimum(but remember minimum requirements gets minimum results).
