The most you can do is get what is called a half-height card and that is usually one of the cheapo cards. Looking at the specs, you don't have a PCIe X16 slot, you only have the capability of integrated graphics, so I don't think you can even put a card into that box, not even a cheap one. You have to have AT LEAST ONE, PCIe x 16 slot or the more old fashioned AGP type slot, neither one of which you apparently have.
