Which video card should I get for my new desktop PC? (430W PSU)?

Here are my system specs:

i7 2600K (will not over clock anytime soon)

8GB ram at 1333Hz

1TB hitachi HDD at 7200RPM

no optical drive ( I plan on getting one like next year)

430 Watts Antec EARTHWATTS PSU

I am looking to buy a graphics card in the price range of 80 to 130. Which cards will work with this power supply? The only way I can find out is if I visit every manufacturer's website and that's a lot of work. Newegg doesn't list PSU requirements on video cards.

Thanks|||Newegg.com has a power supply calculator. You could use that to figure out what you can and can't use.

Your Earthwatts is a little bit different because it has 2 +12v rails. You could easily get away with a 6770 despite whatever it says on the box.

Don't get tempted by the GTX 550ti. It does use a little more power.|||You can go for a HD 5770/6770 for this price, maximum power usage is slightly over 100watts, and why you pair such a low end power supply with a blistering fast CPU that costs over 300$??

For a CPU of this caliber you should pair it with a powerful video card as well, but that is not your question.|||hd 6850s go for 160$ and will work fine on your 430 watt. It is able to run any game at max setting.

They are really good cards. Anything bellow that will not be enough to max out any game but if you are on welfare you can go for old 4850 or some 6790...|||Vid card chart
