Video card for hp desktop?

i have a hp dc7600 small form factor base desktop computer with a 3.0 ghz processor p4. 300w power supply.pci-express x16 slots looking for a video card that will allow me to play descent games.|||You will have to upgrade your PSU for any really good cards, but you will get away with any low end DDR2/3 card with 300watts.

Anything more substantial will require a 6/8pin PCI-Express power connector, and your PSU probably doesn't have one.

I would recommend a 4850 512MB or 1024MB, anything more would be limited by the 3Ghz P4.

And any good brand 400w-500w PSU will have two PCI-E connectors and enough amps on the 12v rails for a decent card.

Most games will run fine with that setup aslong as your monitor resolution ins't ludicrously high.

Is your case for full hight cards?|||any of the newer cards will work i suggest 9800gt for good performance at reasonable price p4 3ghz should do ok but your power supply could use upgrade if you don't want to upgrade power supply you will probably have to use something like 8500gt and the games you can play will be limited
