What AGP Video Card can I get for a 300 watt power supply?

I have a Sony PCV-RS430G desktop. It has a 2.8 gh P4 and 1 gb pc 3200 ram. My old vid card is 9200 all in wonder, and i have a 300 w.psu. what vid card can i upgrade it with? I want to buy a radeon x1650 pro agp.|||The 12 volt current rating is the most important factor whether you can use a video card or not. Go to the web page of the video card manufacturer. They will recommend a minimum amps at 12 volts for the leg of the power supply suppling the video card. Compare this to your existing power supply.

My opinion for a new video card:

For playing the latest games a FRAPS (frames per second) of 50 or higher

For moderate games a FRAPS of 30 or more.

For no simple games or no games a FRAPS of 18 or more

Higher performance cards require more current from the 12 volt leg of the power supply that supplies the video card. This may require changing to a more powerful power supply. Determine the amps at 12 Volts the video card recommends and compare it to your existing power supply.
