is it possible to run two different video cards paralell for 2 different monitors and do the extended desktop
im thinking about buying another graphics card to run another monitor|||Only if you have XP or Win7. Vista can't run two separate cards only the same card twice or more for SLI/Xfire support. Modern GPUs usually have two slots on them for multi monitor support. That might be something to look into. They are at all price ranges now.|||Yes you can do that, but if it's two different video cards, then you won't be able to link the two together via SLI/Crossover. I would recommend getting at least the same series, or you're going to run into driver control issues.
