Yes you can, you need a PCIe card, but you need to check if it requires an external power connection as the PSU on the Dell is not capable of this.
There are several websites that compare ATI and NVidia branded VGA cards who supply the bulk of all VGA cards, and you should have a look and perhaps work out what you need to VGA card to do for you before buying the one with the prettiest picture on the box!
You may want to consider an upgrade of the PSU anyway, most Dell (and many other well known brands) are pretty poor when it comes to the PSU having sufficient power for anything other than the standard hardware they install.|||Sure.
