i would like to know the best video card for 70 bucks give or take 10 dollars. I would prefer for it to be a nvidia but doesnt really matter.|||We need to know whether you have an AGP or PCI-E slot you want filled. Also, unfortunately 70$-100$ is a pretty dead zone. The fastest sub-70$ card I know of is an still-lackluster 8600GTS board, which sell for as little as 55$ and beat out the Radeon HD3650 by a good margin. Above this, you're looking at 89$ for a 8800GS/9600GSO (they're the same).
Nvidia 8600GTS

9600GSO (NOT GT!)

Radeon HD2600XT
Not to far behind an 8600GT, so for 40$, I'm not sure there's any legitimate complaints. It's older than the new 3650, but it's actually tied or a bit ahead of that board design in most benchs.
