Does anyone know how to insert a video card for a dell xp professional desktop computer?

I searched under youtube and did some googling but can't find anything. I would prefer a video or maybe picture manual guide.

This is the type of tower I have if that helps.

http://www.bitsnbobs.co.uk/forsale/10393…|||You know what? Be brave! It is so easy and self explanatory that you don't need a manual. Install driver that came with card. Turn PC off and unplug all wires. Get the case open by pressing in on the big buttons at the top and bottom of the case while opening one half from the other. Open latch which secures any cards that are installed by pulling out then lifting up. Insert new card. Replace latch and close case. Reconnect all wires and power on. Allow PC to discover new hardware and install driver. Alternately you can also visit the website of the video card and download the latest driver.|||i think think youre tower is to small|||you would need to get a video card that will work for it either PCI or AGP .....Then you just open the case and install it very easy to do
