What external video cards are good for older desktops?

I have a compaq presario SR1303WM that I bought in 2005. I have also however upgraded to WIndows 7 ultimate. Now is there a video card thats external that I can buy or should I just get a new desktop?|||There is no such thing as an external video card for desktops. You either replace the internal video card (and power supply if required) or buy a new computer.



Your Presario has the older AGP slot, which makes upgrading a little more expensive but still doable.



Why are you upgrading the graphics card? To play games, to support Windows Aero or what? If you're not gaming, there are low-cost cards you can install.
