What is the best video/graphics card for a dell inspiron 530 desktop domputer?

so i went to a bunch of stores and i asked and got a lot of answers but what i want to know is what is the absolut best video/graphics card for gaming that will not make me buy other parts for a dell inspion 530 also id like to add that i want to be able to play gta4 when its released in november|||You have a PCI-E x16 slot that your graphics card is in now but, to put in a much better one you would need to upgrade your power supply and Dell does not make that a simple task. The power supply in your PC is only a 300w unit and is not going to power any of the above posters graphics cards. Ask Dell if there is a power supply upgrade available for your PC (I doubt it) and if they do then ask them what GPU's will work.|||Depends. Look up what card slot you have (PCI express, PCI and AGP). Then see what card you have on now. If you have nvidia or ATI, you gotta stick with that brand, or the card and the drivers will be incompatible (won't work). GTA4 is gonna be a pretty demanding game on the comp, so I'd suggest the ATI Radeon 4850 by Powercolor. It's the best card for the money right now, and it can tackle all of todays games. For Nvidia, go with the 8800GT by BFG. Another good, powerful card. Go to Newegg.com, they have a great selection and very good prices. Hope I helped.
