Here's the 280w desktop

I'm trying to find a video card that is good for playing world of Warcraft.

Thank you|||hi mate

theres not many cards that will run with a 280w power supply however some entry level cards like the radeon HD5450 and geforce 8400gs should be ok..... these dont require any additional power via pci-express connectors and can draw their power from the pci-express x16 bus

in regards to world of warcraft this isnt as demanding as other games and you should be able to run it at low detail with the above cards..... but dont expect to run it any higher than this......

another problem is the size of your case...... this limits the size of the card you can use.... however the above cards can be purchased in "low profile" form factor...... these are basically much smaller than standard size cards,,, and have a bracket thats one third smaller than standard cards

heres two cards that i would recommend taking into consideration your 280w psu and small form factor case

1) XFX ATI Radeon HD 5450 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Graphics Card ( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component… ) .....this is a decent card that will run world of warcraft at low to medium detail depending on the resolution.....

2) Arianet GeForce GF210 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Graphics Card ( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Component… ) ... a entry level nvidia card thats a capable performer and should also run world of warcraft... again depending on the resolution

i hope this helps,any problems let me know

good luck mate !
