What is a very good and fairly affordable video card for a desktop PC?

I want to upgrade my video card but I see a lot of them are a couple hundred dollars.. Are there any affordable ones that are actually any good for gaming? My computer is an HP Pavilion P6213w-B Desktop PC with Intel Pentium Processor. The current video card is an Intel GMA 3100.|||This one will do the gaming job! $90 after M-I-R

My video card has roughly the same performance as this one and I can play just about anything in 1080p with some nice eye candy turned on.
