I need a Low-Profile PCIe video card for a Desktop PC?

I am looking to buy a low-profile PCIe video card this is for an actual desktop computer,so a regular sized card is too tall to fit. I am having trouble finding the right one. My budget would be around 40$ I saw these ones online, but I'm not sure if that is what I am looking for.

My biggest concern is the size, not performance.

Have a look at this. It is very small and low profile and includes PCIe.

Though it cost 10$ more, if offers greater performances.

i can play games like COD:Black Ops and crysis 2 on it.|||The video graphics card you going to buy it has dimensions listed, use that for your reference
